At Shop With Savvy, we want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund:

Items must be returned in original condition, with all labels, packaging, and the “Do Not Remove This Tag” tag attached.

Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged.

Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any other debris.

Return Window

All return packages must be post-marked within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns post-marked after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after your return is delivered to us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain categories may not be eligible for return (optional: if you want to add this section, I can list items like bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, final sale items, etc.).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
