1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

2. How long is shipping?

 

Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship within the United States.

4. How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

 

 

 

5. What is your return policy?

 

Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging, including the “Do Not Remove This Tag” tag.

Returns must be post-marked within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

6. How do I start a return?

 

Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on where to send your return.

 

 

 

7. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 

 

8. Are any items final sale?

Certain items—such as accessories, bodysuits, and clearance items—may be final sale. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.

 

9. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

 

 

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

 

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

 

 

 

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve begun processing. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
